Review on Glades@Tanah Merah

One thing shout to my mind when I know about this project.. Outstanding Landmark!
With tons of new launches and nearby condominiums in Tanah Merah, I was thinking what will make people buy this project instead of others.
There is also this concern that Kepple Land bid expensively on the Land.. How to sell back?
Analysing the project in details, I come to realise the beauty of this projects:

1. Georgeous Land. When you build a development that is not boring since the land itself is hilly and you can build cascading waterfall, this is something special!

2. The developer does not scrimp on landscaping. The concept of man made super tree that is light up,  cascading pools and 9m waterfall will make this development as Notable Landmark and make you a proud owner of the development

3. Big land which will allow substantial facilities. Tenant loves facilities, this feature alone will ensure rental which will guarantee resale value

4. Location Location Location. Sheltered walkway to Tanah Merah MRT. Next to Commercial Plot, 1 train away from Singapore Expo/Changi Business Park/Changi City Point/Bedok Residence/Bedok Point. East coast few mins drive, changi airport for those world travellers, fourth university and many more to be listed.

5. Reputable Developer - Keppel Land. Hope their partner China Venke can uphold the Keppel Land. name.
